Ponoka Minor Hockey Association is proud to offer Vesta Goalie Hour!
A HUGE thank you to Vesta Energy for sponsoring these goalie development sessions by Kraymer Barnstable with Stable in the Net
This will be for all goalies in U9-U18 registered in PMHA.
These sessions will run 2 times a month from November-February.
Our November sessions at the Ponoka arena will be:
Sunday November 12th 2:30-3:30pm
Sunday November 26th 4:15-5:15pm
December- February ice times to come.
