The Initiation level builds on skating and puck handling skills and delivers lessons in a fun and interactive way that builds on self-confidence. Children enrolled in Initiation are typically aged 5 and 6. Games are scheduled by coaches with surrounding associations near the end of the season. Practice times are usually scheduled weekly on Sunday mornings.
